Compensation

Full-time
$132k–$168k / year
Part-time
$75–$95/hr · 15–25 hrs / week

15–25 hours a week. Billed hourly.

Advisory
$750–$950/day · 1–4 days / month

Day rate for reviews, working sessions, and office hours. Typical cadence is 1–4 days a month. A monthly retainer is an option in the offer.

All figures are USD cash, remote, with US Eastern overlap. Location and the client brief can move the number. Token or equity only appears if that client has it.

Turn chain constraints into a shippable product — scope, sequencing, and honest client calls.

You sit between founders, engineers, and designers. You know when something must be on-chain. You write specs that include threat models and empty states. You sequence MVPs that can actually deploy. You own a product surface end to end (BrickFi or a client). If you have only written user stories for a CRUD app, this will be a bad fit. Overlap a few hours with US Eastern.

How hiring works

Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.

What you will do

  • Write specs that include user flow, on-chain vs off-chain, empty/error/admin, and threat notes.
  • Sequence MVPs with testnet, audit window, and mainnet on the calendar.
  • Run client communication without hiding risk.
  • Sit in engineering planning; cut scope instead of stretching the date in silence.
  • Define a few success metrics after launch. TVL is not always the right one.
  • Triage inbound feature requests against the ship list.
  • Keep a written decision log so we do not relitigate allowlists every week.

What you bring

  • 3+ years PM with a shipped crypto or fintech product.
  • You can talk to engineers about wallets and contracts without bluffing.
  • Writing a founder can forward internally.

Nice to have

  • RWA
  • Token launches
  • B2B or client services
  • SQL or basic on-chain analytics
